Any of them can scale. Volume is priced in blocks on every plan, and Stream supports customers processing well beyond these starting bands. Enterprise is chosen for governance, integration and support needs (three-way matching, procurement, multiple ERPs, managed services), not because of invoice count.
Yes, a one-time implementation fee covering discovery, configuration, ERP integration, testing and training, sized to scope. It can vary on Enterprise depending on customization.
They are modules on the same platform and are added to any plan. Procurement is included in Enterprise; both are quoted with your proposal.
Yes. Volume discounts apply for high-volume or long-term contracts.
