Information you give us
When you submit a contact or demonstration request, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company, job title, phone number, ERP environment, and the message you write. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through these forms.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting platform processes routine request, security, and performance information needed to serve and protect the site, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Video content is embedded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set advertising cookies unless you start playback; once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Stream fits your requirements, send the material you asked for, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it on our behalf
Information submitted through this site is handled by service providers acting on our instructions, including our website hosting provider and our customer-relationship platform. These providers are bound to process the information only as we direct.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, and then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Skalable Technologies operates from the United States and India. Information you submit may be processed in either location, subject to appropriate safeguards.
