Information you give us
When you submit a contact or demonstration request, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company, job title, phone number, ERP environment, and the message you write. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through these forms.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting platform processes routine request, security, and performance information needed to serve and protect the site, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Video content is embedded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set advertising cookies unless you start playback; once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
We also use first-party site analytics to record page views, time on pages and sections, scroll depth, button clicks, traffic source, approximate location, and device information. A random visitor ID is kept in a first-party cookie and a session ID in browser session storage. This first-party analytics collection does not run when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. If you submit a form, we may associate your earlier browsing path with your enquiry and HubSpot contact record so our team can understand the request and its source.
Google Tag Manager, HubSpot tracking, and ZoomInfo WebSights also run on the site for analytics, attribution, and identifying visiting organizations where possible. Those services may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Stream fits your requirements, send the material you asked for, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it on our behalf
Information from this site is handled by service providers acting on our instructions, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for first-party analytics storage, HubSpot for customer-relationship records and attribution, Google Tag Manager and ZoomInfo for site insights, and Slack for internal growth-team alerts and daily summaries. A form alert in our team’s Slack workspace may include the contact details and message you submitted, together with the pages you visited and time spent on them.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, and then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
International transfers
Skalable Technologies operates from the United States and India. Information you submit may be processed in either location, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email growth@skalabletech.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
